Effective Date: June 17, 2026 Thank you for utilizing the Hostraplex sourcing network. Please review our refund provisions for premium network listings carefully.

Manufacturer Subscription Fees

• Hostraplex charges tier-based listing fees (Platinum: USD 500/year, Gold: USD 250/year, Silver: USD 125/year) to cover global directory placement, exclusive catalogue distribution, visibility badging, and RFQ priority matching. • Because these administrative provisioning, badging, and multi-channel marketing distributions occur immediately upon subscription activation, all membership subscription payments are non-refundable. • If you choose to cancel your premium listing early, your visibility privileges will remain active until the end of your paid annual billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued.

Transaction Facilitation & Order Deposits

• In instances where Hostraplex facilitates commercial discussions leading to an order confirmation, any financial allocations, deposits, or milestones will be governed strictly by the dedicated Commercial Invoice and Sales Contract signed between the parties for that specific trade shipment. • Platform subscription rules do not apply to direct product purchase agreements.
