1. Digital Membership Delivery

• Upon processing your Platinum, Gold, or Silver subscription payment, your digital tier badge, system priority ranking, and visibility parameters will be applied to your account within 24 to 48 hours. • Inclusion in physical or premium digital catalogs shared with international buyers occurs during the immediate next scheduled catalogue distribution cycle.

2. Physical Cargo & Trade Shipments

For physical shipments of Pharmaceuticals, Hospital Equipment, Dental Products, Surgical Disposables, and Radiography Systems facilitated through our global trade desk: • No Standard Courier Terms: Hostraplex does not ship items via consumer postal methods. All bulk trade consignments are arranged explicitly using formal international shipping standards (Incoterms 2020), such as FOB, CIF, EXW, or CFR, as outlined in your specific order agreement. • Documentation: Delivery confirmation is bound strictly to the provision of international shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Analysis, Packing List). • Lead Times: Manufacturing and export dispatch lead times vary by product classification (especially custom OEM branding or temperature-controlled pharmaceutical contract orders) and will be explicitly defined during the quotation and order confirmation process.
