Effective Date: June 17, 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of hostraplex.com and the B2B matchmaking services provided by DR YASH HEALTHCARE EXIM LLP. By accessing this platform as a Manufacturer, Supplier, or Corporate Buyer, you accept these terms in full.

B2B Platform Scope & Limitation Of Authority

Hostraplex acts strictly as a B2B medical marketplace and trade facilitator. Unless explicitly stated in a signed, separate international commercial contract: • We connect global buyers with manufacturers and assist in commercial discussions. • Hostraplex does not guarantee specific purchase order volumes, contract finalization, or minimum revenue outcomes from any free or premium listing tier. • Final pricing, international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping allocations, and compliance standards are determined solely by mutual commercial agreement directly between the buyer and the manufacturer at the time of order confirmation.

Manufacturer Representation & Warranties

Manufacturers listing items under the Free, Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers warrant that: • All product specifications, clinical descriptions, and manufacturing capabilities listed are accurate, current, and true. • They possess all necessary valid regulatory clearances, export licenses, and manufacturing certifications required to sell their items in international commerce. • They hold full legal rights to provide branding and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) options if advertised.

Account Registration & Tier Subscriptions

• Access to premium visibility tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver) is contingent upon timely payment of annual subscription fees. • We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or downgrade any corporate listing if a manufacturer is found providing fraudulent information, counterfeit goods, or failing to meet standard B2B commercial obligations.
